This privacy policy explains how we process personal data when you visit this website (fjalla.net). We keep data collection to a minimum: this site sets no cookies and uses no third-party advertising or tracking networks.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is served from infrastructure operated for us by Hostinger. When you access the site, the web server automatically processes technical connection data (such as your IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, browser type). This data is required to deliver the website reliably and securely (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is routinely deleted.
3. Analytics (cookieless)
We use a self-hosted instance of Umami, a privacy-friendly web analytics tool, to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate region, device type). Umami does not use cookies, does not store your full IP address and does not track you across other websites. All analytics data is stored on our own servers and is not shared with third parties (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR).
4. External content and links
- Google Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When the fonts load, your browser transmits your IP address to Google.
- Store badges: the App Store and Google Play badge images are loaded from Wikimedia servers.
- Outbound links: links to the Apple App Store, Google Play, Instagram, YouTube, our artist portal and our booking page (Google Calendar) lead to external services with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data processing.
5. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us at info@fjalla.net, we process the data you provide to handle your request (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR / UK GDPR). We delete this correspondence when it is no longer required.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR / UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
